august 29, 2009 - It's all about dishcloths

About a month ago I purchased a bunch of Lily Sugar & Cream yarn from Meijer with the intention of making soap bags for our soaps sold at our etsy store. I started to develop a pattern for a soap bag, and then suddenly became bored with the idea.

A few nights ago I was looking at the bag of Sugar & Cream when the idea to make a dishcloth came to mind. I have been wanting to make the Ballband Dishcloth pattern for a while now, and decided to give it a try. While I'm not totally thrilled with my color choices, the first two have been very entertaining - and they only took about 1 hour a piece!

I foresee myself making tons more of these, and giving away half of them this christmas.
